I'm having problems with ordering...

Every now and again, I temporarily have to close the shop due to overwhelming demand. Check the Becoming A Nerd home page to see when the next opening will be. Sign up to our email newsletter to find out more.

Can I cancel my products?

 

You have 2 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After this time, Becoming A Nerd cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. Please use the contact us box to see if we can cancel your item.

 

Can I exchange or return my products?

 

Unfortunately, most of our items are non-refundable because Becoming A Nerd’ products are custom made. Please check our size guide before you purchase an item to ensure you get the correct size. 

 

I’ve got a problem with my item, I’d like a replacement or refund…

 

If you have a problem with one of your items please contact us as soon as possible and our team will help resolve the issue.

Can I customise a product?

 

At the moment you can only customise our Becoming A Nerd Cast Member Badge T-Shirt but we will be introducing more customisable products soon.

When will the shop reopen?

Becoming A Nerd will reopen towards the end of March

When will I get my items?

 

Becoming A Nerd products are custom made so the delivery time varies. Most of our products will be sent within 6 weeks of your order. We offer a guaranteed UK delivery date for all UK orders. You can see the delivery per item on the product pages. 

Why can't I order?

 

As we're a small business we open the shop for a short period at a time and then close once we've reached our maximum capacity. If the shop is currently closed you can see the next opening date on our homepage. You can also sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of this page to be the first to find out about new products and shop openings.

 

Can I track my order?

 

At the moment we don't offer order tracking but you will receive an email once we've dispatched your order. 

Do you offer international delivery?

 

Yes, we do. You can see our delivery options here. 

International orders are subject to customs charges in your country. By ordering, you understand that you will be liable for paying for these charges. Unfortunately, due to Brexit customs rules, it’s too complicated for us to include this cost in the price of our products
